At S&A Advanced Cleaning our builders clean is like no other. When operating with a family owned and operated business you personally are guaranteed Anthony and Stephanie to work alongside you throughout the project.
Our build clean packages are tailored for each individual project as no project is the same. All projects either residential, residential high density or commercial all start with a site visit with Anthony and Stephanie so the package can be tailored and scope of works are outlined ensuring all project deadlines are met.
Build Clean Packages
We provide 1 stage, 2 stage or 3 stage cleaning packages. We tailor each stage to meet your demands.
Prior to the Major Builders Clean we offer builders brick cleaning (acid clean) early on in the building stage. A hydrochloric acid solution is used to remove all mortar runoff and any stains that may have appeared. Find out more here.
Major Builders Clean which entails a full internal builders clean and full builders window clean before ‘practical completion’. All windows can be cleaned with scaffolding or with the use of boom lifts if required. This allows relevant personnel to complete their defect report for trades to rectify their areas.
Optional External Pressure Cleaning is provided ensuring all external pathways, driveways and council footpaths are in excellent condition removing any debris that has occurred during the building process. Find out more here.
Post Defect Clean is when we come in after defected areas have been rectified. All internal areas are re-cleaned and this happens before a formal walkthrough with your client occurs to showcase your project.
Final Handover Clean is the final stage on the week or day of final handover after minor defects have been rectified. All internal areas are cleaned for the final time and you have the option to have all exterior and interior windows rewashed so the project is looking in its best condition for your client.
