Our Process

We provide a complete package for every project that covers every detail along the way. An initial site inspection of the project is conducted which allows us to provide our completion proposal to you. This highlights the scope of works, equipment, personnel and how we will tackle the project to meet all deadlines required.

Our build clean package allows us to be on site throughout the build to work as a team and complete certain areas as they are completed. Working alongside trades such as joinery, painters and electricians to ensure nothing is left to the end.

Scope of Works / Commercial Cleaning Packages

We provide 2 stage or 3 stage commercial cleaning packages. This ensures nothing is missed and all project deadlines are met. We tailor each stage to meet your demands and provide additional areas such as brick cleaning and external pressure washing.

Stage 1 – Major Builders Clean which entails a full internal builders clean and full builders window clean before ‘practical completion’. All windows can be cleaned with scaffolding or with the use of specific equipment if required. This allows relevant personnel to complete their defect report for trades to rectify their areas.

Stage 2 – Post Defect Clean is when we come in after defected areas have been rectified. All internal areas are re-cleaned and this happens before a formal walkthrough with your client occurs to showcase your project.

Stage 3 – Final Handover Clean is the final stage on the week of final handover after minor defects have been rectified. All internal areas are cleaned for the final time and you have the option to have all exterior and interior windows rewashed so the project is looking in its best condition for your client.
